If you are a woman over 40 years old and experiencing changes such as irregular periods, night sweats, weight gain or having a hard time losing weight, fluid retention or premenstrual migraines; you might be in Peri-menopause and your estrogen, progesterone and testosterone hormones are starting to fluctuate towards menopause.
